Terms governing use of the TREX IPTV Canada website, digital subscriptions, credentials, supported devices, payments, and support.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
By using this website, purchasing or using a TREX IPTV subscription, requesting a trial, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms of Service and any mandatory laws that apply to you.
TREX IPTV provides digital access credentials intended for use with compatible IPTV players and supported devices. The home page describes plans of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months, with one-, two-, and three-connection options. Features, channel availability, VOD content, stream quality, and app compatibility may change.
You are responsible for keeping subscription credentials private and for activity carried out using them. Do not publicly post, resell, share beyond the connections included in your plan, or otherwise distribute login details without authorization.
You must use the service only in a lawful manner and in accordance with the rules that apply in your location. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use complies with local law and any contractual restrictions that apply to you.
A compatible player, supported device, and adequate internet connection are required. Third-party apps may have their own fees, availability, updates, and terms. Network speed, ISP routing, Wi-Fi quality, device performance, and third-party software can affect playback.
Prices and available payment methods are those displayed or confirmed at the time of order. The home page displays prices in USD. You are responsible for checking the selected plan length, number of connections, currency, and payment details before sending payment.
Subscriptions are delivered digitally. Activation timing can depend on order verification, current capacity, payment confirmation, and support availability. You must provide accurate information needed to activate and configure the service.
A 24-hour trial may be available subject to current capacity and support confirmation. Trial access is for evaluation and may have limitations.
No uninterrupted or error-free access is guaranteed. Individual channels, events, VOD items, EPG data, audio tracks, subtitles, quality levels, or third-party apps may be changed, delayed, unavailable, or removed.
Support may assist with activation, compatible app selection, entering credentials, and common troubleshooting. Support does not control your ISP, device manufacturer, app publisher, payment provider, or third-party networks.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The website design, text, and branding may be protected by intellectual-property laws. References to third-party channels, apps, platforms, or trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not necessarily indicate sponsorship or endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an âas availableâ basis. TREX IPTV is not responsible for failures caused by your internet connection, ISP routing, unsupported hardware, third-party apps, payment-provider outages, force majeure, or other matters outside reasonable control. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, abuse, credential redistribution, attempts to bypass technical limits, or other material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, business practices, or legal requirements. Questions can be sent to admin@trexiptv.com or through Contact Us.
